1st Block-Concert Band: District Band Festival: Sat. March 13th, 2010
7:00am – Report to Band Room fully dressed in concert attire
7:30am – Depart for Clayton Co. Performing Arts Center
(Everyone should be fully dressed before loading the buses)
8:30am – Arrive at the Clayton Co. Performing Arts Center
9:00am – Band goes into warm-up
9:30am – Concert Band Performs
10:00am – Band goes into sight-reading
10:30am – Depart for East Coweta HS
11:30am – Arrive back at East Coweta HS
2nd Block-Wind Ensemble: District Band Festival: Sat. March 13th, 2010
4:30pm – Report to Band Room fully dressed in concert attire
5:00pm – Depart for Clayton Co. Performing Arts Center
(Everyone should be fully dressed before loading the buses)
6:00pm – Arrive at the Clayton Co. Performing Arts Center
6:40pm – Band goes into warm-up
7:20pm – Concert Band Performs
8:00pm – Band goes into sight-reading
8:45pm – Depart for East Coweta HS
9:45pm – Arrive back at East Coweta HS
3rd Block-Symphonic Band: District Band Festival: Fri. March 12th, 2010
11:30am – Eat Lunch and then report to band room to get dressed
12:15pm – Depart for Clayton Co. Performing Arts Center
(Everyone should be fully dressed before loading the buses)
1:30pm – Arrive at the Clayton Co. Performing Arts Center
3:00pm – Band goes into warm-up
3:30pm – Symphonic Band Performs
4:00pm – Band goes into sight-reading
5:30pm – Depart for East Coweta HS
6:30pm – Arrive back at East Coweta HS
